We are the first and only trailer company to offer a 100% composite shell on the off-road teardrop platform. Roof, walls, and flooring are all 100% waterproof, weatherproof and extremely durable.

Axle

A solid American Rockwell Axle is used alongside a pair of 1,750lb leaf springs giving you a combined 3,500lb capacity. With the trailer weighing approximately 1,900lbs, these axles provide plenty of support.

Full Composite Cabin

The XT50 Cabin was designed using AutoCad & Solid-works and utilizes a 1.25’’ thick 100% foam core composite shell. This shell is 100% waterproof. No chance of leaks, rot or rust! This gives us a ton of insulation factor, as well as strength. The two halves are married together using Methyl Methacrylate glue and over 30 screws, making the seam practically indestructible. The fiberglass surrounding the seam would fail before it did. The exterior also gets 50 mils of truck bed liner by TOFF.

Electronics

The XT50 comes standard with a 100watt 6.5amp Zamp solar panel. This panel, under 90% sunlight, can run a trailer with normal use for up to a week. The remote-powered 1100watt inverter runs 2 outlets laid out in the trailer. The entire system runs on a 100 ah deep cycle lithium battery that keeps charged with a 10amp battery charger.

Wheels & Tires

The XT50 comes standard with a 5×4.5 15’’ pro-comp Jeep steel wheel wrapped with a 31’’ x 10.5’’ x 15’’ off-road tire. We can custom fit any size rim package to fit your needs! Most common lug patterns can be used on your application to utilize your vehicle’s spare tire.

Paintwork

The front clip and lower section of the body get a 50mils coating of TOFF truck bed liner. The roof and upper portion of the body is finished with a two part urethane automotive grade paint to ANY color choice. We can paint match your vehicle or you can choose from our list of standard colors.

Kitchen Galley

The XT50 comes standard with a dual 20,000 btu stove. The rear galley cabinets are completely customizable. Size and door options are completely up to you. Pick from one of our previous builds or sketch your own design. A #4 stainless steel counter-top gives a clean and hypoallergenic cook top. We have options for a 10-pound external mount propane tank.
