• HAT Co workmanship for the physical trailer which includes any failed welds, stressed or fatigued members, broken tabs, fiberglass items, windows, doors, tires, axles, jacks, couplers, awnings, and electrical fixtures and/or components. Paint is not covered under this warranty.
• In addition, many of the component include additional years of warranty through the original manufacturer. For the first year, these warranty issues will be carried out through HAT Co.  After the first year, these warranties must be carried out through the original manufacturer.

The High Altitude Trailer Co warranty will be honored if the product is returned to High Altitude Trailer Co or a repair facility authorized by High Altitude Trailer Co.  Reasonable notification and time will be allowed for performing warranty repairs.  Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, rental substitute equipment, loss of revenues or other commercial loss, are not included under this warranty.  Also, service charge, towing charges, or transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  This warranty is void if the product has been misused in any way which includes overloading, lack of preventive maintenance, improper care, or use for other than what this product is designed for.  High Altitude Trailer Co reserves the right for the final decisions whether the product was misused by the original purchaser. Original manufacturers may change their warranty requirements without notifying High Altitude Trailer Co.  HAT Co is not responsible for these changes.
